Mike Williams
With more than 25 years of experience in the music industry, Mike Williams has major roles before joining the Confetto Artist Management team as Executive Vice President of Artist Management & Talent Acquisition .
Mike began his career in artist management in 2000 at 823 Management, working with major labels, booking agencies, and sponsors, collaborating with industry giants like Universal Republic, WME, Miller Brewing Company, and Justin Boots.
Mike also contributes his expertise to the entertainment production team for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, working with high-profile artists such as George Strait, Garth Brooks, Lainey Wilson, Kid Rock, Janet Jackson, Drake, Bun B, Fifty Cent, Kings of Leon, KISS, Zac Brown Band and many more over the 13 years with the rodeo. This role has provided him with valuable insights into managing large-scale events and touring logistics for top-tier acts.

Stephanie Stegall
As Managing Partner of Confetto Productions, Stephanie comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Event and Entertainment arena. Stephanie is a powerhouse across many of the committees and boards that steer the direction of worldwide events.
With a storied resume spanning over 20 years Stephanie most recently worked with the Houston Astros for 10+ years vacating her position as Vice President of Event Sales and Operations. During her tenure she landed several large-scale concerts, including Lady Gaga, Ed Sheeran, the Eagles, Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Elton John, P!nk, Bad Bunny, Morgan Wallen, Romeo Santos, Motley Crue/Def Leppard and Billy Joel. She has booked high-profile sporting events, including the Canelo Alvarez vs. James Kirkland boxing match that broadcasted live on HBO, Cricket All-Stars T20 match, the first ever MLB stadium appearance of the Savannah Bananas and the popular WWE Royal Rumble. Stephanie also directed the operations of all events at the ballpark.
Prior to joining the Astros, Stephanie served as the Manager of Entertainment and Concert Production for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. In that capacity, she annually booked 20 consecutive nights of live entertainment in NRG stadium and was responsible for artist logistics as well as the conversion of space from a rodeo to concert venue.
Stephanie is currently an active member of the Pink Bows Foundation and was a member of the Houston Super Bowl LI Central Committee focusing on Fan Experience.
She received her bachelors from Texas A&M University and resides in Houston with her life partner Brian, son Jackson and daughter Stella.
